Welcome: how reviews work here

This is an official post from the site team, not a user review.

Reviews here are first-hand experiences. When you write one, tell us how you know the thing: whether you own it, used it, visited it or used the service, and for how long.

What we will never do:
- Let businesses pay to change a rating or remove an honest review.
- Pay anyone for writing positive reviews.
- Show "verified" badges before we actually verify anything.
