Community guidelines

1. Review what you've actually experienced. Tell people how you know it: whether you own it, used it, visited it, and for how long.
2. No fake, paid or incentivised reviews. Don't review your own business or a competitor's. Don't accept payment, free products or discounts in exchange for a review.
3. Be specific and honest. Describe what happened. Negative experiences are welcome; abuse is not.
4. No harassment, hate or threats. Criticise products and companies, not people's identities.
5. Keep private information private. No addresses, phone numbers or other people's personal details.
6. No spam or undisclosed promotion. If you work for or are connected to what you are posting about, say so.
7. Use the right format. Reviews are first-hand experiences. Use a discussion or a question for everything else.

Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report on any post, comment or profile to flag a problem.
